Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ('Terms', 'Terms of Use') carefully before using the event management and networking service provided at iikone.com (the 'Service'), operated by iiKone ('we', 'us', or 'our'). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Our Role in Events

Events listed on iiKone Event Platform are organized by independent event hosts, not by us. We are a third-party service providing the technology platform for managing events, registrations, and business networking.

We are not responsible or liable for:

  • For event cancellations, schedule changes, or postponements by the host;

  • For any content, activities, discussions, or conduct related to the event;

  • For the accuracy of the event information provided by the host, including event schedules, agendas, venue locations, or connection details.

2. Accounts and Verification

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Account creation may occur via direct registration or authorized third-party authentication services (such as Google OAuth).

2.1 Credentials and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2.2 Organization Accounts & KYB Verification

Organization accounts may assign administrative roles (such as Owner, Admin, Manager). For access to enterprise features, Deal Rooms, or commercial tools, organizations may be required to complete Know Your Business (KYB) verification. You represent and warrant that all corporate records, tax registration documents, and business identification submitted for verification are accurate, current, and authentic.

3. Importing Attendee Data & Consent

If you import attendee or guest data (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers) into the Service, you represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit prior consent from each individual to import their data and send them communications through the Service.

Violation of this policy or sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam) will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. B2B Deal Rooms and Commercial Transactions

The Service provides tools for B2B catalog listings, quotation creation, and Deal Room discussions between buying and selling organizations.

4.1 Technology Facilitator

We act solely as a technology facilitator for organization networking. We do not handle payment escrow, physical delivery, or goods inspection unless explicitly specified in a separate written enterprise service contract.

4.2 Direct Contracts

Any contract, purchase order, Incoterms agreement, or trade commitment created within a Deal Room is strictly between the respective buying and selling organizations.

4.3 No Quality Guarantee

We do not warrant or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, merchantability, or availability of products or services listed by third-party organizations on the Service.

5. Content and License

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, media files, or other material ('Content').

You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Service. By posting Content, you grant us and applicable event hosts an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and royalty-free right to use, adapt, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating, delivering, and improving the Service.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;

  • Harassing, threatening, stalking, or abusing other users, event hosts, or attendees;

  • Attempting to bypass security measures, scan system vulnerabilities, or reverse engineer any part of the Service;

  • Scraping, crawling, harvesting, or extracting data from the Service without prior written permission;

  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, Trojan horses, or corrupted files intended to interrupt system operations.

7. AI-Assisted Features

The Service incorporates artificial intelligence ('AI') tools to assist with content generation, event recommendations, translation, and administrative workflows.

AI-generated suggestions are provided on an 'as-is' basis for guidance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, software, design, logos, trademarks, database structures, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iiKone and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IIKONE, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iiKone and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your Content, or your misuse of the Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Vietnam.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
