Upload logo & banner images
The visual brand identity for your event on the public landing page.
- Event Logo: A square image shown next to the event title on the public page.
- Logo Subtitle: A short subtitle line shown alongside the logo (e.g. "Powered by AIoT Partner Network").
- Banner: A prominent header image at the top of the event page. 16:9 ratio recommended (1920×1080px).
5
Enter the event description
Provide a detailed introduction — this is the main text attendees read first.
6
Set the event schedule & registration window
Configure the event schedule and attendee registration period:
- Event timing: Starts in the future; end time must be after start time.
- Timezone: Select the event timezone (e.g. Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh).
- Registration window: Must be before event start (closes after opens).
- Default: If left empty, opens upon publication and closes when the event starts.
7
Enter the venue location
Specify where the event is held. Type an address to get suggestions, and add another venue if the programme runs across more than one.
8
Set attendee capacity & click "Create"
The final step — confirm the capacity limit and finish creating the event.
