Email template editor & personalization

Compose the subject and body, using dynamic variables to personalize each recipient's email.

Available placeholdersClick variable buttons to insert at the cursor: {{fullName}}, {{eventName}}, {{eventDate}}, {{eventLocation}}, {{orgName}}.
Email content bodyA rich text editor for custom fonts, colors, and layout formatting.
Choose from templateThe Choose from Template button (bottom left) restores the default template.
Save buttonClick the green Save button (bottom right) to save changes.

System email trigger types

The list of automatic email templates by registration status, each with an on/off switch.

On registrationSent immediately when a user submits the registration form (pending approval).
On rejectionSent when organizers decline an attendee's application.
On cancellationSent to notify attendees if organizers cancel the event.
Action / switchFunction
Enable/disable switchToggle the green switch to turn each email type ON/OFF without deleting the template.
Edit buttonClick Edit on any row to open the email editor.

Time-based scheduled email campaigns

Create scheduled emails that send automatically before or after key event moments.

ComponentShort description
+ Add schedule buttonClick + Add Schedule (top right) to create a new automated scheduled email.
Trigger timingDropdown to choose the trigger: Before Event Starts, After Event Ends.
Recipient groupDropdown for the audience: Approved Only, Pending Only, All Registered.
Time offsetSpecify the duration relative to the trigger using Days, Hours, Minutes.
Email subjectSubject line for the scheduled campaign email.
Email content bodyA rich text editor for composing the scheduled message.
