2.3. Sponsorship Tiers & Sponsors Management
A 2-step process: Step 1 — create sponsorship tiers; Step 2 — add sponsor details & logos into each tier.

Initialize the sponsorship tier hierarchy
When no tiers exist yet, an empty-state screen shows a "+ Create tier" button.

The "Create Tier" popup form
Click "+ Create tier" to open the popup and enter the tier parameters.
| Field | Requirement | Guidelines |

| Tier name | Required | Public display name of the tier (e.g. Gold, Diamond, Silver). |
| Tier code | Automatic | Automatically generated by the system from the entered Tier name, no manual input needed. |
| Color | Optional | Pick an accent color with the color picker or enter a HEX code (e.g. #6366f1). |
| Benefits | Optional | Enter tier benefits (one line per benefit, displayed on the public landing page). |

Save the new tier
- Cancel: Discards changes and closes the popup without saving.
- Save: Saves the new sponsorship tier to the system (button on bottom right).

Add sponsor companies to their tier
After creating a tier (e.g. Gold), its management container opens with the "New Supporter" form.

Tier header card controls
| Component / button | Function |
|---|---|
| Tier info label | Shows tier name (Gold), code (gold), order (Tier 0), and total sponsor count (1 sponsor). |
| 📝 Edit tier | Reopens the popup to edit the tier's name, color, or benefits list. |
| 🗑️ Delete tier | Deletes the tier (warning: this deletes every sponsor inside it). |
| ∨ Expand / collapse | Hides or shows the sponsors inside the tier for a cleaner view. |

Existing sponsors list controls
| Action | Function |
|---|---|
| Logo & name display | Shows the brand logo, sponsor name, and website URL (e.g. https://abc.com). |
| ↑ Move up | Promotes the sponsor's logo earlier within the same tier. |
| ↓ Move down | Demotes the sponsor's logo later within the same tier. |
| 📝 Edit sponsor | Opens the update form for the sponsor's logo, name, website, or description. |
| 🗑️ Delete sponsor | Removes the sponsor from the tier. |

Fill the "New Supporter" form

| Logo image | Required | Click the dashed box with the 📤 icon to upload the brand logo from your computer. |
| Sponsor name | Required | Official company or brand name (e.g. Acme Corp, Aiot). |
| Website URL | Optional | Sponsor homepage URL (e.g. https://abc.com). Clicking the logo on the landing page opens it. |
| Description | Optional | A brief summary of the company or its sponsorship package. |

Save the sponsor into the tier
- Cancel: Discards the entries in the add-sponsor form.
- Save: Saves the new sponsor into the tier (blue button, bottom right).
